- Delays: In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you of any delays if applicable.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- International Orders: International shipping usually takes 10-20 business days, depending on your country and any customs processing times.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package in real time.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations internationally. However, due to certain restrictions, we may be unable to ship to specific regions or countries. If there is an issue with shipping to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.
Zylar Clothing is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges incurred during the import process.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Zylar Clothing is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
- Undelivered Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all orders.
9. Order Modifications or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zylarclothing.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
